Diggin’
Phew, what a weekend! With my Mexico family vacation looming in the distance (t-minus 2 weeks!) I’ve been trying to knock off a few things on my condo rehab list. The BF and I (ok, so I had to talk him into it) decided that this would be a good weekend to tackle the rest of the yard since the weather was going to be unusually nice. We spent all Saturday digging around trying to remove the old, rotten sod and leveling it out a bit so we’ll have better drainage. I think a french drain will have to be installed too. It’s like a swamp out there! I’ve been talking to anyone I know about gardening and have collected many helpful tips about shade tolerant plants. I can’t wait for my first trip to Flower World! (whoa – garden nerd alert.)
