Best Nine

Oh Instagram, my favorite app of all time! What would I do without you?! I’m sure you Insta-fans have seen the ‘Best Nine’ floating around so I thought I’d share mine too. Not surprisingly that many of our Eastern Europe photos made the cut, along with our first anniversary and a lil NYE clam digging from 2014/2015.

Speaking of 2015, it really treated us well, so very well. I’m so grateful for all that we’ve been able to experience such amazing things this past year and can’t wait to see what’s in store for 2016. Per usual Brown/Sugiura NYE, we are headed to the coast to celebrate with friends. Looking forward to sweat pants, day drinking and perhaps some casino time 🙂

Was gifted a new camera, then I got scared and returned it. Too big of a commitment.

Recently tried out the new BBQ place in Georgetown, Jack’s. It was meaty!

Dreaming of the new double decker driving range at Jefferson Golf Course.

Took a botanical sketching class at Swanson’s Nursery. I was the youngest one there by about 20 years…

Those are scuba divers but kinda look like ducks now that I’m looking at it.

Insta-movin’.

Just thought I would share some of my insta-moments with ya’ll 🙂

I finally got around to putting up a hummingbird feeder. I did see one bird checking it out the other day but that’s been it for the sights so far.

I also put out my garden gnome the other day in hopes that it’ll bring a bit-o-luck to the new veggie garden – fingers crossed that stuff actually grows!

I attempted to grill pizza twice in 3 days – the first attempt was a total fail but I nailed it the second time! What worked best for me is to roll out that dough as thin as possible.

Gosh I love lilacs from the yard!
