I made my weekly grocery store trip to Fred Meyer on Sunday and look what was in the parking lot – The Wienermobile! Usually, I’m pretty unfazed by silly things such as this but I found myself 1) parking as close as I could get to it 2) whipping out my iphone and taking WAY too many pictures and 3) actually stepping inside the darn thing to see the interior (BTW – it has a flat screen). I’m now one of “those” people. Ugh.
We snagged some killer seats for the day game at Safeco Field on Sunday. Killer as in “very front row/ section hostess offering us candy and sunscreen/right behind the M’s dugout” section. I’m getting a little too spoiled with my sports seating these days – to go into the outfield would be a gosh, darn shame! Although I usually don’t find the game of baseball that thrilling, I was kept busy by the behinds staring me right in the face. Ah, tight white pants. Sigh.
A Kindle 4 – my latest purchase. Figured I did not need to splurge on the Kindle Fire – that would be overkill š Now I can surf the web on my mac book pro, text peeps on my iphone, rock out to my ipod and all while reading dirty romance novels on my Kindle. To be so connected……I don’t know if this is a good thing or not……..I never thought I would be one of ‘those’ people, but it looks like I am now. Shoot.
Ahhhhh, the Golden Globes…..a barrage of fashion for the evening. Made myself a large cup-o-hot buttered rum and posted up on the couch to check out the fierceness walking the red carpet. Here are my high and low lights:
